ASSISTANT MANAGER EVENT AND PROMO

Requirements :

• Candidates have a minimum of 3- 5 years of work experience as an Supervisor or 1 year in the same position for all majors

• Familiar handle promo and event exhibition and gathering/ webinar with professional member

• Experienced in material building/FMCG will be an advantage

• Good communication skills

• Multitasking, able to work under pressure in target and deadline

• Adaptable & meet new people (good interpersonal skills)

• Keen attention to details

• Team player who can also work independently

• Placement in Jakarta

Job Description:

• Understand requirements for each event

• Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints

• Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost

• Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable term

• Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)

• Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards

• Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems

• Evaluate event’s success and submit reports
