Industrial Engineer

Job Description

• Analyze production processes, conduct time studies, and optimize cycle times to improve operational efficiency.

• Develop and implement process improvements, including line balancing, manpower planning, and production layout optimization.

• Monitor production performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support productivity enhancement initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute continuous improvement projects and achieve production targets.

Requirements

• Minimum D3 / Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• Fresh graduates (minimum GPA of 3.00) are welcome to apply. 1–3 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry is preferred.

• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Line Balancing, Time Study, Cycle Time, and Production Study.

• Good analytical and numerical skills with strong initiative.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data processing and reporting.

• Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken, is a must.

• Strong willingness to work on the production floor.
