Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end business process improvement initiatives across departments by identifying inefficiencies, facilitating process redesign, and implementing standardized workflows that improve operational effectiveness and collaboration.
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve company-wide business process standards, including SOPs, workflow diagrams, approval matrices, RACI, process documentation, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize workflows by translating business requirements into system workflows, approval logic, and functional specifications while collaborating with IT, operation, system administrators.
Partner with department leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate business requirements, resolve process integration issues, support ERP/workflow implementation projects, and ensure alignment between business operations and technology solutions.
Monitor process performance, project implementation, and improvement outcomes through data analysis, KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and governance reviews while providing recommendations that enhance efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Management Consulting, ERP Implementation, Process Engineering, or related fields, including experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM), Lean, Continuous Improvement, Process Mapping, SOP Development, and Process Governance.
Good understanding of ERP systems, workflow automation platforms, and business system implementation methodologies.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating operational processes into workflow logic and functional specifications.
Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Fluent in English is preferrable.
