Supply Chain Manager

A Fashion Company in Canggu, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Supply Chain Manager (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and continuously improve demand forecasts using historical data, seasonality, and market trends

• Forecast new product launches in collaboration with Design, Buying, and Marketing teams

• Optimize inventory health by balancing availability, turnover, and cash flow

• Manage safety stock levels and minimize stockouts across key SKUs and regions

• Plan replenishment and allocation across multiple warehouses (AU, EU, US)

• Source and secure ethical and sustainable raw materials and suppliers

• Identify and onboard new manufacturing partners for capacity expansion

• Expand production geographically (e.g., China, India, Vietnam) to reduce risk and increase scalability

• Ensure a reliable source of truth for demand and inventory data

• Support ERP readiness and data structure improvements

• Standardize launch planning processes and ensure stock readiness 

• Lead or support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes 

• Set direction and goals (OKRs) for the supply chain function

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role 

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

• Background in fashion, apparel, retail, or product-based e-commerce

• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations

• Experience supporting multi-channel and international markets (AU, EU, US preferred)

• Experience leading teams and cross-functional collaboration

• International sourcing experience (China, India, Vietnam) is a strong advantage

• Experience with ERP systems and BI dashboards is a plus

• Ability to design systems, SOPs, and scalable processes
