Responsibilities:
Responsible to ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise the client, partner on legal rights and duties;
Responsible for gathering information for legal cases and assisting team in forming arguments;
Report the progress of the case handled to the partners;
Help to complete court and administrative paperwork;
Facilitating communication between clients and other parties to find a common ground.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of working experience in a reputable law firm or multinational company;
Expertise in general corporate matters, commercial transaction, and has deep understanding of corporate law;
Advanced fluency in English verbal and written;
Bachelor in law, from reputable university with excellent academic record;
Hold advocate license;
Able to work in a team and individual with minimal supervision;
Self initiative and good communication;
High analytical & conceptual thinking, creative & innovative.
