Mandarin Interpreter

Required Experience

• Minimum experience as a Mandarin Interpreter in a factory/manufacturing or sales/business environment.

• Strong Mandarin communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Good understanding of technical and business terminology.

• Able to work closely with Chinese expatriates/technical advisors and local teams.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

Jobdescription:

• Provide verbal and written Mandarin–English/Indonesian interpretation for the Chinese Technical Advisor.

• Interpret technical discussions, instructions, meetings, and daily communication between Chinese and local teams.

• Translate technical documents, reports, manuals, work instructions, and business correspondence.

• Assist the Chinese Technical Advisor in communicating with production, engineering, sales, and other departments.

• Facilitate communication during factory visits, production activities, inspections, and technical meetings.

• Support interpretation during client meetings, negotiations, presentations, and business discussions when required.

• Coordinate with local employees and management to ensure smooth communication and understanding.
