As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Export-Import Supervisor to join our team.
Position: CS EXIM Supervisior
Location in Fatmawati - Jakarta
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Export-Import Customer Service, Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding, or PPJK operations.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory, coordinator, or team leader role.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Customs regulations and documentation, including PIB, PEB, HS Code, CEISA 4.0, INSW, and import/export procedures.
Experience using CEISA 4.0 and customs documentation systems is required.
PPJK Certification is an advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Customer-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.
Willing to travel to ports, airports, and customs offices when operationally required.
Able to join immediately is preferred.
Key Responsibilities.
Supervise and lead the Customer Service Export-Import team to ensure smooth day to-day operations.
Coordinate with management, customers, shipping lines, airlines, customs authorities, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient execution of import and export shipments.
Manage end-to-end export and import documentation processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian Customs regulations and company procedures.
Prepare, review, and submit customs documents including PIB, PEB, and other import/export documentation through CEISA 4.0 and other related customs systems.
Monitor and manage documentation through the Portal Pengguna Jasa (PPJK Portal) and Customs systems.
Coordinate customs clearance activities and resolve operational issues related to customs, ports, and airports.
Ensure accurate HS Code classification and compliance with applicable customs regulations.
Monitor shipment progress and proactively communicate updates to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Coach, mentor, and develop Customer Service team members to achieve operational excellence.
