Today, We are seeking a Senior Site Manager - Construction

About Senior Site Manager - Construction:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day project execution.

• Coordinate architects, consultants, QS and different type contractors.

• Manage project schedule and risks.

• Monitor construction quality and HSE compliance.

• Prepare weekly progress reports.

• Support procurement and tender processes.

• Drive project delivery to target completion.

Requirements:

• Experience delivering hotels (priority), mixed-use or high-end residential projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction, architecture, MEP coordination and project planning.

• Experience with MS Project and Excel highly preferred.

• Good English communication.
