Production Engineer Staff - Machinery - Cikarang (B-132158)
About The Company:
The working venue is in Cikarang.
Our client is a Manufacture (Machinery) Company. Currently, they are looking for Production Engineer Staff.
Job Responsibilities:
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure production equipment operates efficiently and minimize downtime.
Assist in troubleshooting machine and equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
Support daily production activities by providing technical support to maintain stable production operations.
Participate in Kaizen, TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and equipment reliability.
Prepare, update, and maintain engineering, maintenance, and production-related documents, including SOPs and work instructions.
Support new model preparation, equipment setup, trial runs, and process validation for new product launches.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
Associate Degree (D3) in an engineering-related major.
Basic level of English proficiency.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in maintenance within an automotive manufacturing company.
Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance, with familiarity with Kaizen, 5S, and TPM.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
