Business Development Supervisor (HQ-BSD City)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Supervisor to join our team at our headquarters in BSD City, Tangerang Regency, Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a role in supporting business expansion initiatives, market research activities, and the evaluation of new opportunities within the shopping mall.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead discussions related to market research on shopping malls and real estate matters.

• Assist the superior in conducting site surveys including schedulling plan, site mapping, etc.)

• Maintain, organize and regularly update departmental data, records, and business-related documentation.

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and cross-functional departments to ensure a smooth process.

• Prepare administrative documents for approval submission, correspondence, presentations and other supporting materials are required.

• Prepare written reports and analyses based on assignments and requests from the superior.

• Coordinate and support meetings preparation with internal and external stakeholders, including schedulling, agenda, meeting materials, memo, etc.

• Communicate with the internal team and other parties to find out the updated information related to the shopping mall businesses.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Business, Marketing/Communication, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably within tenant or shopping mall business.

• Strong ability to prepare business documents, report and create presentation material properly.

• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities in English.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) and documentation.

• Good analytical skills, hard-working, able to work independently and in a teamwork

• Proactive, adaptable and able to fulfill the target with less supervision
