Develop, coordinate, and monitor the company's annual budget to ensure effective and efficient financial planning.
Manage and control the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient operational funding.
Prepare financial forecasts and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting.
Prepare audited financial statements and coordinate with external auditors during audit engagements.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
Review and analyze product standard costing.
Validate Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) within the ERP system.
Review Bills of Materials (BOM) and Routing Processes to ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.
Review Bill of Quantity (BOQ/RAB) preparation and raw material budgeting.
Analyze production costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Develop and improve financial systems, procedures, and internal controls.
Establish departmental KPIs, work plans, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify cost reduction initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
Strong experience in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
Hands-on experience with manufacturing cost accounting, including:
Product Standard Costing
BOM (Bill of Materials)
Routing Process
COGM & COGS
BOQ/RAB preparation
Experience using ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
