We are looking for a detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our growing Jakarta team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical drafting skills who enjoys transforming design concepts into accurate construction documentation for retail and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate technical drawings and construction documentation for retail, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.
Produce floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, and custom joinery documentation.
Assist the design team in developing concepts into buildable design solutions.
Update drawings throughout concept design, design development, tender, and construction documentation stages.
Coordinate drawings with designers, consultants, suppliers, and project teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Ensure drawings meet project requirements and company standards.
Revise drawings based on design changes and project feedback.
Maintain project drawings and documentation in an organized manner.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CAD drafting for interior design or architectural projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of construction detailing and technical documentation.
Experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, or workplace projects is highly preferred.
High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
English communication skills are an advantage.
