About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Product Staff to join the Technical & Quality Assurance team at PT Panasonic Gobel Energy Indonesia (PECGI). This full-time position is based in Bekasi, West Java, and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our manufacturing processes and products.

What you'll be doing

• Create and revise packaging designs according to customer and company needs.

• Prepare drawings, specifications, and packaging development documents.

• Support new material trials and the implementation of packaging design changes.

• Coordinate with relevant departments in packaging development and evaluation.

What we're looking for

• Diploma Degree (D3) majoring Mechanical Engineering

• Experience 1~2 year (fresh graduate are welcome)

• Understanding of technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and product specifications.

• Understanding of the Packaging/Product Design & Development process.

• Understanding of packaging materials and manufacturing processes.

• Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Knowledge and skills in Oracle ERP systems are preferred.
