FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle daily accounting transactions and journal entries;

• Review contracts, payment requests, and supporting documents;

• Assist in month-end closing activities;

• Prepare financial reports and management reports;

• Prepare government and regulatory reports;

• Support annual audit and provide required documentation;

• Conduct purchasing cost analysis and settlement reconciliation;

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting and payment matters;

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or any related majors;

• Fluent in Chinese Mandarin, at least HSK 4 is preferred;

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience;

• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting;

• Good analytical and numerical skills;

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel;

• Experience with ERP/SAP is an advantage.

NOTE: Successful candidates will be assigned to either the General Ledger or Settlement Accounting function based on business needs and qualifications.
