Responsibilities:
Partner with Board of Directors and other leaders to develop and execute People and Culture strategies that support business growth and organizational objectives.
Lead, coach, and develop across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and General Affairs.
Lead organizational redesign and workforce planning to support projected business growth over the next five years.
Oversee People Operations, including HRIS (Mekari Talenta), payroll, PPh 21, BPJS, compensation & benefits, employee administration, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and HR data accuracy.
Build a sustainable talent pipeline and improve quality of hire.
Develop and oversee the performance management system (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company targets.
Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives that strengthen alignment with company values, improve retention, and enhance organizational performance.
Manage the annual HR and General Affairs budget by driving cost optimization, efficient resource utilization, and operational excellence.
Manage complex industrial relations matters, including dispute resolution and disciplinary processes
Lead General Affairs operations, ensuring efficient workplace and facility management, office assets, vendor management, procurement coordination, building maintenance, Foreign Employee Administration (KITAS), LKPM, BPS, and a safe, compliant, and productive work environment.
Lead Industrial Relations by ensuring compliance with labor laws, employment agreements (PKWT/PKWTT), Peraturan Perusahaan, employee disciplinary processes, warning letters (SP), and HR governance.
Ensure HR compliance with applicable regulations while supporting ISO requirements, internal and external audits, actuarial processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree is an advantage)
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in HRGA, with at least 2-5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Proven track record in handling industrial relations and complex employee cases
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory frameworks
Experience in leading HR transformation or system implementation (HRIS) is highly preferred (Mekari Talenta is an advantage)
Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
