IOT Installation Technician

Responbilities:

The IoT Installation Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IoT devices integrated with the fiber optic infrastructure within industrial estates. Work includes physical installation of sensors, gateways, CCTV, and communication modules at client sites, configuring connections to existing LAN/fiber networks, and conducting post-installation functionality testing. This role also performs periodic maintenance, field troubleshooting, configuration documentation, and technical coordination with Field Engineers.

Qualifiacations:

• Vocational or Diploma degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunications (SMK/D3)

• Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, LAN/WAN, IoT protocols such as MQTT/Modbus)

• Experience in field installation of network or electronic devices

• Detail-oriented with high mobility and ability to work in the field
