Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), sustainability, corporate responsibility, or related functions.
Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and reporting standards, such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, CDP, and other internationally recognized sustainability frameworks.
Experience in developing and implementing ESG strategies, sustainability initiatives, and ESG reporting.
Knowledge of environmental regulations, corporate governance, climate-related risks, carbon management, and sustainability best practices.
Experience conducting ESG assessments, materiality assessments, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ESG data, monitor performance, and develop meaningful insights.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business operations and decision-making.
Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience preparing sustainability reports and presenting ESG performance to senior management, investors, or regulators.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational change and foster a culture of sustainability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Job Descriptions
Develop and implement the company's ESG strategy, roadmap, and initiatives in alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
Lead the preparation of ESG and sustainability reports in accordance with applicable reporting standards and disclosure frameworks.
Monitor ESG performance indicators, establish targets, and recommend initiatives to improve environmental, social, and governance performance.
Collaborate with business units to integrate ESG principles into business strategies, investment decisions, operational processes, and risk management.
Conduct materiality assessments, ESG risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement activities to identify key sustainability priorities.
Monitor developments in ESG regulations, sustainability standards, and industry best practices, ensuring the company remains compliant and competitive.
Drive environmental initiatives, including carbon reduction, resource efficiency, waste management, and climate-related programs where applicable.
Support governance initiatives by strengthening ESG policies, internal controls, ethical business practices, and compliance programs.
Work closely with Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to respond to ESG-related inquiries from investors, customers, regulators, and rating agencies.
Develop ESG awareness programs and training initiatives to promote sustainability across the organization.
Prepare management reports and presentations on ESG performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations for senior management and the Board of Directors.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the company's ESG performance, sustainability ratings, and long-term corporate value.
