QA Analist

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine quality inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress products, and finished goods

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and standard operating procedures

• Perform microbiological and chemical testing to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Document and analyse test results, identifying trends and areas for improvement

• Investigate quality issues and deviations, working with production teams to implement corrective actions

• Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations, including HACCP and ISO standards

• Conduct regular audits of production facilities, equipment, and processes

• Maintain detailed records and reports on all quality control activities

• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and management teams to resolve quality concerns

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation projects

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field

• 1-4 years of professional experience in quality assurance within the food and beverage industry

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP principles, and quality management systems

• Proficiency in laboratory testing techniques and analytical methods

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data and documentation

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex quality issues

• Good understanding of Indonesian and international food safety regulations

• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages, both written and verbal

• Competency in using quality assurance software and laboratory information systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
