Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily IT operations.
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system availability, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, server, network, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server, virtualization, and network devices.
- Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or IT Operations.
- Experience leading projects or mentoring team members.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy).
- Good understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewall).
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
