Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
Passionate about the Food & Beverage industry.
At least 1 year of experience as a Barista and/or Cashier.
Strong knowledge of espresso-based beverages, coffee brewing methods, and milk steaming techniques.
Able to operate commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders; experience with La Marzocco is preferred.
Basic knowledge of coffee bean handling, grinder calibration, and daily machine cleaning/maintenance.
Able to maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and portioning.
Proficient in operating POS systems; experience with Moka POS is preferred.
Basic understanding of transaction processing.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and FIFO practices.
Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Detail-oriented, hardworking, honest, proactive, and reliable.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and rotate between outlets when required.
Willing to work in a non-halal restaurant.
Requirements:
English speaking preferred
Placement in Kuningan, Brawijaya, and PIK 2 area.
