Senior Officer - IT Infrastructure, Network & Communication

Key Responsibilities :

• Procure, develop, configure, and customize IT systems and applications to support the company’s operational and business requirements.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into effective IT solutions, including system enhancements and process improvements.

• Communicate IT processes, methodologies, system updates, and analysis results clearly to management and relevant stakeholders.

• Plan and execute IT infrastructure projects within the company’s work environment in line with the approved business plan.

• Implement standardized IT processes, controls, and best practices to ensure systems, software, and networks operate consistently, securely, and reliably.

• Monitor system performance and network availability to ensure optimal uptime and service continuity.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, system, and network issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Proactively identify potential technical issues and take preventive actions to minimize operational disruptions.

• Manage and maintain communication systems, including email platforms, collaboration tools, and related applications.

• Ensure effective management of data backup, system recovery, and disaster recovery procedures to protect business continuity.

• Conduct regular system checks, testing, and documentation to support audit, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in IT support or infrastructure management is preferred.

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, operating systems, and security.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with users and management.
