We are looking for a Reservations Staff to join our Operations team. This role combines front-line customer service at our check-in counter with behind-the-scenes reservation administration to ensure our passengers enjoy a smooth travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
Front Counter Operations
Welcome and assist passengers during the check-in process.
Verify booking details and travel documents.
Issue boarding passes and manage passenger manifests.
Handle customer enquiries regarding schedules, bookings, and travel information.
Coordinate with port operations and vessel crew to ensure efficient boarding.
Reservation Administration
Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and reschedules.
Manage reservations through the company’s booking system.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Maintain accurate passenger records and booking information.
Coordinate with travel agents and internal departments regarding reservations.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Previous experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, tourism, airlines, or transportation is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Computer literate with good typing skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
Positive attitude and a strong customer service mindset.
