Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and database systems.

• Collaborate closely with frontend teams to ensure seamless API integration and optimal data flow.

• Optimize backend system performance to support scalability and increasing user demands.

• Proactively monitor backend system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

• Evaluate and adopt modern backend technologies to improve system efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements:

• Understand the fundamentals of backend programming (logic, program flow, OOP, and clean code).

• Proficient in at least one backend programming language, such as Golang (preferred) or Node.js (preferred).

• Understand REST API/GraphQL concepts and API integration.

• Understand the fundamentals of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

• Able to write basic to intermediate SQL queries.

• Understand JSON, HTTP requests/responses, authentication, and authorization.

• Understand the fundamentals of debugging and troubleshooting.
