Corporate Licensing Specialist
InCorp Indonesia is currently hiring Corporate Licensing Specialist. We are open to candidates from both Junior and Senior levels.
We're looking for legal professionals with experience in business licensing, OSS, and regulatory compliance to support end-to-end company establishment and licensing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end company establishment and business licensing processes, including NIB, PKKPR, OSS, business licenses, and other sectoral permits.
2. Monitor licensing applications and ensure timely completion by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
3. Liaise with government authorities, ministries, and third parties throughout the licensing process.
4. Prepare licensing documentation, project updates, and compliance reports.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure licensing timelines are met.
6. Maintain organized records of licensing documents and client correspondence.
7. Stay updated on changes to Indonesian regulations and licensing requirements.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Law.
2. Open for both Junior and Senior candidates.
3. Experience in corporate legal, business licensing, or regulatory compliance.
4. Strong understanding of OSS, Indonesian investment and licensing regulations, and corporate governance.
5. Experience handling industrial, environmental, or other sector-specific business permits is a plus.
6. Good communication skills in English.
