Maintenance Manager
Job Function :
Managing the maintenance team in performing diagnostic troubleshooting on all plant machine and equipment, deliver to quick recovery and monitors quality of repairs.
Planning and Undertaking schedule Maintenance production machine and utility machine.
Purchase and maintain proper sparepart in inventory that will balance with minimizing plant downtime.
Continuous Improvement the Plant Preventive Maintenance system so that it is optimally effective reducing unplanned downtime and maximizing productivity and minimizing cost.
Together with Production and Quality Management initiate and lead change and continuous improvement effort including the pursuit of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Skills Description :
Must have thorough knowledge of Plastic Blow Moulding and Steel Spot Welding process.
Must have strong Mechanical, Electrical and Automation background.
Practitioner of Total Productive Maintenance and Continuous Improvement methodologies, to align reliability effort and support existing program to meet exceed our Quality Performance expectation.
Experience with SAP and Preventive Maintenance module is required.
Must have knowledge of industrial equipment fundamental including Electrical, Pneumatic Systems, Air and Water Systems, Hydraulics, and Building Maintenance.
Has solid experience as Maintenance Manager within the same industry minimum 5 years.
