About The Company:
The working venue is in West Jakarta or Medan.
Our client is a Chemical (Silica) company. Currently, they are looking for Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Approach and prospect new potential customers in the cosmetic, skin care, and glove manufacturing industries.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, actively managing the sales pipeline.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the target industries.
Execute marketing activities to generate leads, increase product awareness, and support sales growth for silica and silicon oil products.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to management, detailing sales activities, results, and market feedback.
Contribute to the development and improvement of sales strategies and tactics based on market insights and performance analysis.
Perform other sales-related responsibilities as required to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Business English proficiency.
At least 6 years of sales experience specifically handling silica and silicon oil products for cosmetic, skin care, or glove manufacturers.
Experience in client entertainment.
Possession of an active SIM A driving license.
Willing to do business trips.
Good communication skills and strong negotiation skills and self-motivation.
