PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a multinational company specializing in HVAC systems, engineering solutions, and maintenance services, in finding a qualified professional for the position of Service Engineer.
Working Location: North Jakarta
Job Responsibilities
Perform commissioning of commercial HVAC and air conditioning systems after installation.
Conduct inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of commercial air conditioning equipment.
Diagnose equipment failures and perform repair and corrective maintenance activities.
Provide after-sales technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with the installation and testing of HVAC systems when required.
Visit customer sites, including factories, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities, to perform on-site service activities.
Prepare service reports, maintenance documentation, and work progress updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of service projects.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma (D3) or Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or other related technical disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, or similar technical role in commercial HVAC or air conditioning systems.
Experience in commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial air conditioning equipment.
Familiarity with HVAC system installation is an advantage.
Good understanding of preventive maintenance and technical problem-solving.
Possess a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A) and willing to travel to customer sites.
Comfortable performing field service activities across industrial and commercial locations.
Basic English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Japanese language proficiency will be an advantage.
Strong communication, customer service, teamwork, and analytical skills.
Willing to work overtime, weekends, or night shifts when required by project schedules.
Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet project deadlines.
