Maintenance Head
Job Description
Memimpin dan mengelola seluruh aktivitas maintenance (preventive, predictive, corrective, dan breakdown) untuk memastikan keandalan mesin serta kelancaran operasional pabrik.
Menyusun, mengendalikan, dan mengevaluasi program pemeliharaan guna meminimalkan downtime dan meningkatkan efisiensi serta produktivitas mesin.
Mengawasi, membina, dan mengembangkan kinerja tim maintenance, termasuk pengaturan jadwal kerja, pembagian tugas, dan evaluasi performa.
Mengelola anggaran maintenance, ketersediaan spare part, serta pelaksanaan perbaikan dan improvement mesin maupun utilitas pabrik.
Memastikan seluruh aktivitas maintenance berjalan sesuai standar K3, SOP perusahaan, serta menyusun laporan kinerja maintenance kepada manajemen.
Requirements
Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Industri, atau jurusan teknik lainnya yang relevan.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Supervisor Maintenance.
Menguasai sistem preventive, predictive, dan corrective maintenance, serta analisis penyebab kerusakan mesin (Root Cause Analysis).
Memiliki kemampuan leadership, problem solving, komunikasi, serta mampu mengelola dan mengembangkan tim secara efektif.
Memahami penyusunan laporan serta analisis KPI maintenance.
