Full-Stack Developer (ERPNext & AI experience)

Loc: Citra 8-Kalideres, Jakarta Barat

Key Responsibilities

1. Customize and develop ERPNext (Frappe) modules based on manufacturing business requirements.

2. Develop backend services and REST APIs using Python for system integration, AI model inference, and ERP synchronization.

3. Build and maintain responsive web applications using Next.js and React.

4. Design, develop, train, deploy, and maintain AI/Machine Learning models for quality inspection, production forecasting, predictive maintenance, and operational optimization.

5. Develop ETL pipelines, perform data preprocessing, and automate data integration from ERP systems, IoT devices, and production machines.

6. Deploy applications using Docker and implement AI inference services using FastAPI or similar frameworks.

7. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure application security, scalability, monitoring, and performance.

8. Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and provide knowledge transfer to the internal IT team.

9. Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications

1. Min D3 or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, ERP Developer, or similar role.

3. Hands-on experience with ERPNext/Frappe, including DocType customization, Server Scripts, Custom Apps, and REST API integration.

4. Strong proficiency in Python programming.

5. Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

6. Proficient in Next.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

7. Experience in developing RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Flask.

8. Familiar with Docker and containerized application deployment.

9. Good understanding of relational databases such as MariaDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

10. Experience with Git, version control, and basic CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI).

11. Must have Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, DVC, model versioning, and model monitoring.

2. Knowledge of IoT integration, including MQTT, OPC-UA, or PLC communication.

3. Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or enterprise ERP implementation.

4. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.

5. Experience with Linux server administration is an advantage
