Qualifications & experience
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas operations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution for upstream Oil & Gas facilities.
Familiar with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies
Strong teamwork, leadership and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of:
Maintenance Engineering & Management for Oil & Gas Production Operations
Inspection Management
Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)
Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Management
Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS)
Bid Committee processes
Tasks & responsibilities
Manage operational plan development for maintenance to incorporate efficient scheduling and resource optimization in accordance with industry standards.
Direct and coordinate the implementation of maintenance programs to achieve maintenance targets.
Coordinate all related function in carrying out their activities within the maintenance authority area to ensure adhererence to safety regulations and facilities smooth operations.
