Manager - Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Manager - Business Analyst to join our team at our location in Seruyan, Central Kalimantan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role, specifically within our Analysis & Reporting function. As Manager - Business Analyst, you will lead the analytical charge in transforming complex financial data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. This role is instrumental in supporting our organisation's growth objectives and ensuring data-driven decision-making across all business units.

Key responsibilities

1. Data & Financial Analysis: Build reports, dashboards, and financial models to track business performance and assess project value.

2. Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate clear communication and manage expectations between executives, project managers, and technical teams.
   

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from reputable university

2. Minimum 5-7 years' experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role within the banking and financial services sector

3. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders

4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and visualisation tools

5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

6. Willing for Placement in Central Kalimantan (Site area)
