Assistant Purchasing

Job Description:

• Receive PR and request quotation to the Supplier.

• Convert PR to PO and follow up until goods receive.

• Negotiation with Supplier to get the best price.

• Monitoring Delivery to make sure all materials receive as schedule

• Follow to user to get the right specification and inform to Supplier.

• Reporting to Superior (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).

​Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, experience in Palm Oil Plantation (Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit) would be advantage.

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management or equivalent.

• Able to communicate in English language (written & oral).
