Handling job for GA Area
PIC for ERP System : Trip request, settlement, disbursement
Conduct & Control GA job such as : house supply control, outsourcing / vendor performance (interpreter outsource, agency, etc), Business Trip Arrangement (Handling Visa, Flight, Hotel, and Accommodation of trip), Foreign worker handling (Foreign worker permit & welfare; visitor handling), Safety Health & Environment
Control Department Budget usage & set up improvement & C/D activities
Conduct & ensure business activities, compliance and legal sensing (company business license, government reporting, agreement check, etc)
Requirements:
TOEIC score Min. 550 or any other test equivalent with TOEIC Score
Min. 2 Years have experience for GA Job
Have good communication and leadership skill
Having visitor visa & Foreign worker handling experience
Able to speak Japanese will be advantage
