ABOUT THE ROLE :

We’re looking for a sharp and dependable Accounts Receivable Senior Staff who understands that healthy cash flow is one of the most important foundations of a fast-growing business.

This isn’t just about sending invoices and chasing payments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the company’s receivables are accurate, well-monitored, and collected on time so the business can continue operating and expanding aggressively across Indonesia.

You’ll work closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, and external business partners to manage billing, monitor outstanding balances, resolve payment issues, and maintain strong financial discipline across the organization. If you’re highly detail-oriented, analytical, and confident handling numbers in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own Receivable Accuracy – Ensure all invoices, billing records, and accounts receivable transactions are processed accurately and on time

• Master Collection Monitoring – Monitor aging receivables, follow up outstanding payments, and maintain healthy cash collection performance across the business

• Maintain Healthy Receivable Relationships – Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment delays, billing discrepancies, and outstanding receivables efficiently

• Drive Financial Administration Excellence – Maintain organized receivable documentation, payment records, reconciliations, and reporting with strong attention to detail.

• Solve Payment Issues Quickly – Investigate discrepancies, billing disputes, and overdue accounts before they impact company cash flow and operations.

• Support Financial Reporting – Assist in preparing AR reports, collection analysis, and financial data to support management decision-making.

• Champion Process Improvement – Identify smarter and more efficient ways to improve receivable processes, collection systems, and financial controls as the company continues scaling rapidly

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Hold a Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Have experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance Administration, Billing, Collection, or Accounting Operations

• Understand invoicing processes, receivable reconciliation, collection handling, and financial documentation accurately.

• Are highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously

• Have strong communication and coordination skills when handling customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Can work independently, maintain accuracy under pressure, and stay reliable in a fast-moving environment

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with accounting systems or ERP software

• Have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with numbers, reports, and financial data.

• Have experience in retail, food & beverage, or multi-outlet businesses — you already understand high transaction volumes and operational complexity.
