What You’ll Do
You will identify and onboard new distributors, ensuring they have the right capabilities to strengthen our route-to-market.
You will be responsible for delivering sales targets — volume, revenue, and profitability — across your territory.
You will manage and grow business across Southern Sumatra, expanding coverage and deepening customer penetration.
You will design and execute regional sales strategies that align with our company’s vision.
You will build long-term partnerships with key customers, distributors, and business stakeholders.
You will drive distributor performance, from sales execution and inventory management to market expansion and KPI achievement.
You will lead and coach distributor sales teams, motivating them to achieve excellence.
You will travel extensively across provinces, visiting markets, meeting customers, and spotting new opportunities.
You will expand business in secondary cities, acquiring new customers and strengthening distributor penetration.
You will analyze sales performance using advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, Charts, dashboards) to uncover insights and corrective actions.
You will prepare forecasts and management reports, turning data into actionable strategies.
You will monitor market trends and competitors, ensuring we stay ahead with effective initiatives.
You will collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams to keep operations running smoothly.
You will implement trade programs and promotions, making sure execution in the field is flawless.
You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager, providing regular updates and insights.
You will manage projects with key accounts, follow up on progress, and ensure after-sales service excellence.
What We’re Looking For
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record managing multi-province territories and distributor networks.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Leadership ability to inspire and drive distributor teams.
Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities, especially in secondary cities.
Results-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel extensively across Southern Sumatra.
