Job Responsibilities:
Opening and management of work orders.
Responsible for production planning and material issuance for outsourced factories.
Responsible for production scheduling on the production line and timely handling of production abnormalities.
Respond to customer orders in a timely manner and follow up on material delivery schedules and overdue work orders.
Prepare and maintain production schedules, arrange overtime, and ensure shipment requirements are met.
Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and provide weekly reports and other related reports as required.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Production Planning, PMC (Production Material Control), Production Control, or a related manufacturing environment.
Good understanding of production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and material management.
Proficient in Google workspace, especially Google Sheet.
Have experience in using SAP system
Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight production and delivery schedules.
Able to communicate, read, and write in English proficiently.
Mandarin communication skills will be an advantage.
