WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Co-ordination, compilation of budgets/forecasts, ensuring accuracy and reasonableness. Conducting discussions with stakeholders and management, and presenting budget numbers.

• Financial Reporting: Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to ensure accuracy and timelines are met. Performing variance analysis versus budget and forecast, and liaising with the global function for reporting requirements.

• Controlling Function: Developing a robust controlling function to support optimal financial oversight.

• Risk Management: Setting up a comprehensive risk function (e.g., credit review policy, regular checks against SOA/approval matrix, and the creation of SOPs).

• Audit & Taxation: Taking full responsibility for all audit and taxation matters.

• Legal Entity Duties: Handling any other duties required in the capacity of being in charge of a legal entity.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Holding a CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

• Language Skills: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.

• Professional Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or accounting experience. Experience in multinational retail, consumer goods, or FMCG environments is preferred.
