a) Develop, implement, and continuously improve occupational safety (K3) policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.
b) Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRADC/JSA), and implement effective engineering and administrative controls to minimize workplace risks.
c) Perform routine safety inspections and audits of production facilities, warehouses, utilities, laboratories, and contractor activities to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
d) Monitor compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Confined Space Entry, Work at Height, Hot Work, and other critical safety procedures.
e) Maintain and ensure compliance with ISO Management Systems (particularly ISO 45001), including supporting internal/external audits, corrective actions, documentation control, and continual improvement initiatives.
f) Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, perform root cause analysis, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
g) Plan, coordinate, and deliver safety training, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and safety awareness programs to strengthen the organization's safety culture.
h) Ensure emergency preparedness by maintaining and inspecting emergency response equipment, coordinating emergency response plans, and participating in emergency exercises.
i) Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure all contractors comply with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
j) Prepare and maintain safety documentation, HSE reports, risk assessments, audit records, regulatory compliance documents, and analyze safety performance to drive continuous improvement.
a) Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
b) Minimum 2 years of experience in a Safety Engineer, HSE, or Occupational Safety role in a manufacturing environment (food/dairy industry preferred).
c) Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Safety (K3) regulations, risk assessment methodologies (HIRADC/JSA), incident investigation, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA).
d) Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining ISO Management Systems, particularly ISO 45001. Familiarity with ISO 14001 and participation in internal/external audits is an advantage.
e) Familiar with Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Confined Space Entry, Work at Height, Hot Work, and other critical safety procedures.
f) Experience in conducting safety inspections, compliance audits, hazard identification, and implementing corrective actions.
g) Mandatory to possess a valid AK3 Umum Certificate.
h) Good analytical, reporting, documentation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct HSE training and influence safe behaviors.
i) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HSE documentation/reporting systems.
j) Able to communicate in English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage) and willing to be placed at GIIC Industrial Park, Deltamas, Cikarang, Bekasi.
