QUOTATION AND OPERATION STAFF TRAVEL AGENT
About the role
Seven Holidays (PT Cemerlang Aero Wisata) is seeking a dedicated Quotation and Operation Staff to join our dynamic team in North Jakarta. This is a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As Quotation and Operation Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing quotations, coordinating operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across our hospitality and tourism operations. This position is essential to maintaining our competitive edge and delivering outstanding customer experiences in the aviation and travel services sector.
Key responsibilities
Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients based on their specific travel and tourism requirements
Process and manage quotation requests in a timely manner, ensuring all details are correct and comprehensive
Coordinate operational activities to ensure seamless execution of travel and tourism services
Liaise between sales, operations, and client-facing teams to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery
Maintain detailed records of quotations, pricing, and operational procedures
Monitor and track quotation status and operational deadlines to ensure timely completion
Respond to client enquiries regarding quotations, pricing, and service offerings
Support the operational team in troubleshooting and resolving service-related issues
Assist in developing and refining quotation templates and operational procedures
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all operations
What we're looking for
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Tourism, Hospitality or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in travel agency handling quotations, tour costing or itinerary preparation.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare accurate quotations and documentation
Proficiency in using quotation software, spreadsheet applications, and standard office tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and administrative skills with the capacity to coordinate between multiple departments
Proven customer service experience with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel products, including hotels, transportation, attractions, airlines and visa requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges
Previous experience in quotation management or operations coordination is preferred
Basic understanding of aviation or travel services is a plus
