Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance, Accounting & Tax professional who has a strong understanding of accounting processes, Indonesian taxation, and financial administration. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, maintain accuracy in financial records, and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.

2. Tax Specialist (Non-Mandarin Speaker)

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.

3. Proficient in Accounting Software, Microsoft Excel, and Coretax System.

4. Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, tax rates, and tax reporting.

5. Good command of English/ Mandarin, both written and spoken.

6. AB Tax Certification is required

7. Negotiable salary, based on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities

1. Issue customer invoices and tax invoices (e-Faktur) and coordinate delivery documentation to customers.

2. Monitor customer payments and Accounts Receivable (A/R), including applying customer payments to the correct invoices.

3. Follow up on outstanding customer invoices and ensure timely collection.

4. Prepare vendor payment invoices and input payment transactions into the bank system for processing.

5. Maintain and record petty cash transactions accurately.

6. Record all financial transactions into the accounting system and ensure they are posted to the correct accounts.

7. Prepare adjusting journal entries for monthly closing

8. Prepare tax worksheets and perform tax reconciliations prior to tax payment processing.

9. Prepare e-Bupot 21, e-Bupot Unifikasi, Corporate Income Tax calculations, and SPT reporting through the Coretax System
