Marketing Manager

Qualifications

1. Nationality and Residency: Must be an Indonesian citizen, well-versed in Indonesia’s local business landscape, laws, regulations and cultural customs, capable of quickly adapting to local market operations.

2. Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory; candidates shall independently conduct English business negotiations, coordinate contract matters and compile market reports. Candidates with conversational Chinese skills are preferred.

3. Educational Background: College diploma or above; majors in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade and related fields are preferred. Exceptional candidates with equivalent market experience and outstanding performance may be exempted from strict academic requirements.

4. Professional Ethics: Strong sense of responsibility, execution and stress resistance; excellent skills in business negotiation, client communication and teamwork; honest and upright with no bad employment records, and recognize the corporate culture and business development philosophy of our company.

Other Requirements

1. Available for business trips and overtime; able to travel across Indonesia to liaise with clients, conduct market research and attend commercial events.

2. Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), capable of independently drafting and presenting market research reports, business statements and commercial proposals.

Job Responsibilities

1. Take charge of overall planning and business development of Indonesia’s local market, focus on container terminals as well as coal, bauxite, nickel and other mineral-related businesses, and formulate market development strategies.

2. Undertake bidding work for Indonesia market projects, as well as coordination, review and follow-up of relevant contracts.

（一）基础条件

1. 国籍与居留：印尼本地公民、熟悉印尼本地商业环境、法律法规及文化习俗，能快速适配本地市场工作。

2. 语言能力：必须具备流利的英文听说读写能力，可独立完成英文商务谈判、合同对接、市场报告撰写等工作（会中文（听说）者优先考虑）。

3. 学历背景：专科及以上学历，市场营销、商务管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先；具备同等市场工作经验、业绩突出者，学历可适当放宽。

4. 职业素养：具备极强的责任心、执行力和抗压能力，拥有良好的商务谈判能力、客户沟通能力及团队协作意识，诚信正直，无不良从业记录，认同我公司企业文化及业务发展理念。

（二）其他要求

1. 能适应出差及加班需求，能前往印尼各地对接客户、开展市场调研及商务活动。

2. 熟练使用办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT等），能独立完成市场调研报告、业务报表、商务方案的撰写与汇报。

（三）岗位职责

1. 负责印尼本地市场的整体规划与拓展，聚焦集装箱码头、煤炭、铝土矿、镍矿等矿类相关业务，制定市场开发策略。

2. 负责印尼市场相关项目的招投标工作及合同的对接、审核与跟进。
