Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist/HR Operations, with at least 2 years in the mining or mining contractor industry preferred.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, including Law No. 13/2003, the Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja), relevant Government Regulations, and mining-related employment and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/K3) regulations.
Experienced in HR operational functions including recruitment, employee administration, attendance management, payroll coordination, industrial relations, training, and performance management.
Familiar with mining roster work systems and site-based workforce management.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Excel; experienced in managing large employee databases.
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and administrative skills.
BNSP HR Supervisor (or equivalent HR certification) is an advantage.
Good English/ Mandarin communication skills (spoken and written); able to communicate and collaborate with Chinese employees.
Job Responsibilities
Manage employee administration, including employee database, personnel files, attendance, overtime, leave administration, and roster management.
Verify and maintain HR documents, including performance appraisals, transfers, promotions, employment contracts, and other personnel records.
Ensure HR data accuracy and timely reporting.
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for site manpower requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers and headquarters to ensure timely recruitment fulfillment.
Monitor recruitment progress and prepare periodic recruitment reports.
Assist in handling employee relations and industrial relations issues in accordance with Indonesian labor regulations.
Support the implementation of company HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HSE requirements.
Support training planning, coordination, and implementation to improve employee competency.
Assist in performance management, people development, succession planning, and organization development initiatives.
Participate in HR audits conducted internally or externally.
Coordinate HR initiatives between the site and Jakarta Head Office.
Perform other HR responsibilities assigned by management to ensure smooth HR operations at the project site.
Proven experience in handling Industrial Relations, including employee grievance management, disciplinary actions, employment dispute resolution, and liaising with employees and relevant government authorities.
