L1 Application Support

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Associate (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Informatics Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3 years of experience as an Application Support Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or System Administrator.

• Proficient in writing queries and performing DML (Data Manipulation Language) transactions in PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL.

• Knowledge of monitoring and log management tools such as Grafana or Kibana.

• Experience with financial systems or applications is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and API Gateway concepts.

• Knowledge of Linux administration, including service management using systemctl and container-based environments.
