Sales Administration Staff

(Code: SAS- Palembang)

Duties and responsibilities:

• Prepare documents for sales transactions (for example, Quotation letter, Order Letter, Sales Agreement, etc.).

• Submit report on unit sales activities.

• Record customer activity and unit acquired by customers within the last year.

• Create correspondence and document filling of unit sales documents.

• Create a forecast report based on input from the salesman.

• Create a sales activity report.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum diploma, majoring in Secretarial academy/ Economics/ Management/ Marketing or any related major.

• Mature, independent & teamwork, communicative, outgoing, problem solving, negotiation skills, detail, meticulous and honest.

• Good communication in English is a must (spoken & written).

• Computer literate: windows application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Ready to work in under-pressure situations.

• Workstation at Palembang – South of Sumatera.
