Quarry Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Quarry Manager to oversee our site in Karimun, Indonesia. This role offers a unique opportunity for Malaysian professionals to gain regional exposure while enjoying a competitive salary in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing all operations of the granite quarry.
Managing, coaching and developing a highly skilled team to ensure business continuity and reduce business risk.
Leading change and continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining disciplined stock management processes and producing operations report.
Managing all aspects of budgetary control for all quarrying operations.
Proactively managing an effective maintenance scheme for the quarry plant and equipment.
Maintaining and implementing SOP and risk assessments.
Reporting and investigating any unsafe of hazardous working practices.
Conduct safety briefing and toolbox meeting the operational team,
Keeping up to date with relevant government legislation and industry developments.
To ensure hat all vehicles on site are maintain to a good standard.
To check the quality of the stone. rock and minerals.
Managing proactively both mandatory training and developmental traininf of the operational team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quarry or open-pit mining operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of quarrying processes, blasting, crushing, and material handling.
Proven track record in production management, const control and safety compliance.
Valid Quarry Manager’s Certificate or mining license (where applicable).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
