FINANCIAL PLANT CONTROLLER

Main function: To provide business data and analysis of monthly financial and operating results to managers to assist in business decision

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyze cost and revenues to provide insight into operating performance and implement proper analytical review of key financial and operating KPI’s

• Cost price calculation, control operation Variance, monitoring Variance for APAC companies

• Capex projects, to monitoring spending and financial control

• Experience in the following areas will is also required for this position:

• Local and group legal and statutory requirements

• Financial planning, asset management and controlling function

• Annual budget process

• Monthly, quarterly & annual financial / other reporting

• Statutory audit/fillings

• Direct & indirect taxes

REQUIREMENTS:   

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) Accounting

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in general and management accounting (on a leader role of finance function in a large manufacturing company / multinational company), preferable has experience in KAP

• Knowledge of Indonesia Accounting GAAPS/IFRS is essential

• Fluency in English is mandatory

• Experience from one of the Big Five Public Accountant Offices is preferable

• SAP knowledge and MS Office excellent

• Detail, good planner and good communication
