Daily Worker (Bali)

adidas Retail Indonesia is hiring for a newly opened store in Bali.

We are looking for Daily Workers to support with store operations.

Role Purpose
Provide day-to-day operational and logistics support to ensure the store is organized, well-stocked, and ready to deliver a great shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming stock deliveries.

• Replenish stock on the sales floor and ensure products are displayed according to store standards.

• Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure accurate and efficient stock handling.

• Assist with inventory counts, stock movements, and replenishment activities.

• Support store opening and closing routines, including housekeeping and operational checks.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety across both the sales floor and back-of-house areas.

• Assist the store team with operational tasks during peak trading periods.

• Follow all company operational procedures, safety guidelines, and loss prevention standards.

• Carry out other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

• 1+ yr of retail experience is an advantage

• Currently based in Bali

• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays

• Reliable, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
