About the Role

We are seeking Outdoor Technicians to support Plastic Injection Moulding Machines. The role focuses on customer site servicing, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations as required (permanent outdoor role).

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of plastic injection moulding machines.

• Conduct installation, preventive maintenance, and machine inspection at customer sites.

• Prepare service reports and technical documentation.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide technical support.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience with plastic injection moulding machines is compulsory.

• Must-have knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

• Able to travel and work at customer sites.

• Responsible, independent, and customer-service oriented.

• Detailed machine-specific training will be provided.
