Performance Management Specialist
We are a foreign investment company in the palm oil plantation industry, committed to operational excellence and sustainable growth. With operations in East Kalimantan, we are looking for an Organization Development Specialist to strengthen our Strategic Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and continuously improve the company's Performance Management System.
Coordinate the end-to-end performance management cycle, including KPI setting, performance reviews, calibration, and annual evaluations.
Support departments and managers in implementing performance management processes and policies.
Monitor, analyze, and prepare performance reports to provide insights for HR initiatives.
Develop and update performance management guidelines, tools and documentation.
Support Organization Development and other strategic HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development, Performance Management, or Strategic HR.
Good understanding of performance management frameworks, KPI development and performance appraisal processes.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or Performance Management systems is an advantage.

The group’s principal operating subsidiary, PT REA Kaltim Plantations (REA Kaltim), manages oil palm plantations in Belayan Ulu, a remote area on either side of the Belayan River, a tributary of the Mahakam River in East Kalimantan. Some 18,000 hectares (over 26% of REA’s titled land bank) are designated as conservation reserves. The group has two methane capture facilities that generate electricity for the majority of its operations and employee housing, as well as supplying power to the villages.
