Course Consultant

We are looking for a passionate Course Consultant to join our growing team.

Requirements

● Diploma or Bachelor's degree.

● Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field (education, sales, customer service, or admissions preferred).

● Proficient in English, Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

● Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

● Passionate about education and helping students achieve their learning goals.

● Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

● Provide academic consultation to parents and prospective students.

● Explain CLC's programmes, levels, schedules, and learning pathways.

● Manage student enquiries and enrolments.

● Follow up with all prospective families from marketing channels.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students.
